Description:

The Full Height System provides a complete anti-fall edge protection solution from floor to ceiling. It includes the standard mesh panel, telescopic panel, 
full height post, adaptor post, standard post and our range of link bars, sockets, clamps and brackets.

 

Application:

The system has two configuration methods both are designed to be used within concrete slab environemnts.

The Adaptor Post system can be used without the Adaptor Post in alu formwork and structural steel environments.
 

Safety:

The Full Height System has all the safety features of the Standard and Extended Systems plus full height protection,visual tension safety indicators, panel position adjustment and the ability to be reduced back to 1.22m when needed.

 
 
Features:
  • Total full height edge protection up to 3.8m when complete. There are two full height system configurations one is with the Standard Post and Adaptor Post, the other is using our one-piece Full Height Post.
  • 5 levels of protection : 1 - Complete system provides full height protection. 2 - Adjustment of upper panel to secondary position allows 300mm access to upper slab edge whilst leaving main system protection in place. 3 - Removal of upper panel enables ease of access for manipulators or equipment transport whilst still leaving lower panel protection in place. 4 - Removal of lower panel allows access to leading edge whilst upper panel protection remains in place. 5 - Both panels removed still leaves the statutory Link Bar protection in place.
  • Unique tension safety indicator featured on the Full Height Post for enabling easy visual checking of correct tension.
  • Adjustable Secondary panel mount position for access to the upper slab edge.
  • Technically advanced close mesh panel design for increased debris protection and blown litter dispersal prevention.
  • Rigid steel toe board for floor level debris protection.
  • Auto locking post latches and Link Bar mounts for easier and faster installation, as standard.
  • Finishing options for increased longevity and corporate styling to suit client requirements.
  • Full Height Post system configuration can also be used with Telescopic Panel removed to provide 1.22m high edge protection, but due to the nature of the posts requiring floor and ceiling contact, posts will still remain in place.
  • Adaptor Post system configuration can also be used in the standard form (without Adaptor Posts and Telescopic Panel) to provide 1.22m high edge protection and is fully compatible with our accessory range of sockets, clamps and brackets.
