Description:

The Extended System provides extended anti-fall edge protection up to 1.8m.

It includes the standard mesh panel, extension panel, standard post, extension post and our range of link bars, sockets, clamps and brackets.
 

Application:

Suitable for use within concrete slab, aluminium formwork and structural steelwork environments.

Additionally it can be employed as crowd control/pedestrian barriers and in hazard/demarcation situations.
 

Safety:

The Extended System provides all the safety features found in the Standard System in conjunction with additional height and the ability to be reduced back to 1.22m with the removal of the extension panels and posts.

 
 
Features:
  • Extended height edge protection up to 1.8m when complete. 1.22m with Extension Panel removed.
  • 4 levels of protection : 1 - Complete system provides 1.8m height edge protection. 2 - Removal of upper panel enables ease of access for manipulators or equipment transport whilst still leaving lower panel protection in place. 3 - Removal of lower panel allows access to leading edge whilst upper panel protection remains in place. 4 - Both panels removed still leaves the statutory Link Bar protection in place.
  • Technically advanced close mesh panel design for increased debris protection and blown litter dispersal prevention.
  • Rigid steel toe board for floor level debris protection.
  • Post latches feature auto locking mechanisims for easier and faster installation.
  • Link bar mounts as standard on all posts.
  • Finishing options for increased longevity and corporate styling to suit client requirements.
  • Alternative applications include: crowd control, site demarkation and pedestrian walkway applications.
  • System can also be used in the standard form (without Extension Panel and Extension Post) to provide 1.22m high edge protection when needed and is fully compatible with our accessory range of sockets, clamps and brackets.
